For the individual, Harvest Coaching offers flexible, personalized assessments, tools and coaching encounters to geberate fresh perspectives, encourage growth, and generate results.

Exploratory Session: The Exploratory is a no-fee, 30-60 minute session focused on personal introductions, evaluating the coaching fit and assessing the likelihood of a successful coaching relationship. The result will be either a decision to proceed with coaching, to not pursue an engagement at the present time, or to offer a referral to a more appropriate professional.

Assessment(s): Assessments are an integral step early in a coaching encounter. These and other tools create self-awareness, help define goals, and assist in growth both personally and professionally. Often they can help redefine and recreate relationships and interactions. In addition to their use integrated within a coaching track, assessments with limited, focused coaching support are also offered independently.

Coaching Engagement:

The coaching process varies for each individual based on need, style, goals and their current situation but in general, coaching is a program of self-discovery, defining goals, applying tools to assist in growth, and creating new insight and perspectives. Through accountable feedback, the coach assists not only with awareness but in making meaningful progress, in creating results. The coaching process is generally 3-6 months in duration, sometimes longer with 6 months being the “typical” length of engagement.

Assessments and tools may be applied throughout the term. Encounters are usually weekly (3 of 4 weeks per month) and normally conducted via telephone or video conferencing (SKYPE). Coaching can be discontinued at anytime so no long term commitment is required.

Coaching is offered for leadership, team development and management development. It is effective across a wide variety of industries, small and large businesses, and for-profit, government and non-profit organizations. Relationship coaching is also offered to promote growth and success in non-work aspects of life.
