For large and small companies, associations, non-profits, and other organizations, we offer a variety of leadership, management, and other development workshops and programs as well as strategic team facilitation. We also offer organizational surveys and assessments that are targeted, personalized, and performed one-on-one or one-to-few to provide truly useful data on the condition and needs of an organization.  We find these survey methods provide much more actionable results than the typical, on-line mass survey techniques. Whether for a one- time management team event or an on-going culture development program, these effective, professional, experiential programs can enlighten and transform organizations.

Organizational Survey, Assessment and Facilitation

Organizational Evaluation:

Often a useful first step in a development program is to accurately assess the organizations condition, collecting both quantitative evaluations and anecdotal and more subjective feedback from the team members. Harvest Leadership Group can customize and conduct organizational surveys that are focused on determining both the condition and needs of the organization. With that information, the organization can determine the scope and specifics needed to advance the organizations effectiveness and culture. Like all of our programs, there is a bias toward value-driven leadership and trust-based organizations with a resulting long term value focus. The commitment of both internal resources and the survey team results in a strategic, wide-reaching assessment report that can guide efforts and be used a foundation to evaluate progress.

Facilitation:

Having participated in and led diverse tactical and strategic sessions ranging from the individual work group to senior leadership teams, we offer facilitation that seeks to be minimally-intrusive yet helpful in creating focus, generating alternative perspectives, and promoting momentum so the results of meetings or retreats are practical, actionable and yield much greater return for the financial and energy investment.
